South Korea are eyeing a place in the last four against Uruguay in the 2010 World Cup finals online live as captain Park Ji Sung has rallied his team mates to hit the same heady heights of their 2002 predecessors.

“We will do our best to prove that was not the case.”

While the Manchester United star claims that the current team pales in comparison to the 2002 squad, Park claims that there is more to come from a team that has yet to hit its best in terms of potential.

“I can’t compare this team to the 2002 team. That was the best team in our history,” Park added.

“But this 2010 team is improving and we have got through the first round of games.

“Shortly, at the end of the World Cup, we are going to compare the previous team with this one and hopefully then we can say we are better.”
